Zylvora, Inc. ("Zylvora," "we," "us," or "our") is a Delaware corporation that operates zylvora.app and the related product-feedback analysis services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data.
We may collect account and contact information; information submitted through product-feedback sources, surveys, support requests, and demo forms; billing and transaction records handled by our payment providers; device, browser, log, and usage information; and cookie or similar-technology data. Customers control the content they connect to the Services and are responsible for having the rights and notices required to provide that content.
We use personal data to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services; authenticate users; process transactions; respond to requests; communicate service information; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and, where permitted, send product or marketing communications. We do not use customer content to train public generative-AI models unless a customer expressly agrees.
Depending on how the Services are used, the categories of personal data we disclose may include account and contact information, customer-submitted content, transaction details, device and usage information, and support communications. The categories of recipients may include hosting and infrastructure providers; analytics, communications, payment, support, and security vendors; professional advisers; integrations a customer chooses to enable; transaction counterparties during a corporate event; and government authorities or other parties when disclosure is required to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal data, process personal data for targeted advertising, or use personal data for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. If those practices change, we will provide the disclosure, consent, and opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law before beginning them.
We may use necessary cookies for login, security, preferences, and core functionality. Where optional analytics or advertising technologies are used, we provide the notices and choices required by applicable law. Browser settings may also be used to limit cookies.
We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, contractual commitments, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal data; access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of it; obtain a list of categories of third parties to which it has been disclosed; and opt out of targeted advertising, sales, or qualifying automated profiling. You may use an authorized agent where applicable.
Submit a request or appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request" or "Privacy Appeal." You do not need to create a new account. We may request information reasonably necessary to authenticate a request. Delaware requests will be answered without undue delay and no later than 45 days after receipt, subject to a permitted 45-day extension. Appeals will receive a written decision within 60 days; a denied Delaware appeal will include a method for contacting the Delaware Department of Justice.
Where legally required, we recognize valid browser or device-based universal opt-out preference signals for sales or targeted advertising. Zylvora does not currently engage in either practice. EEA, UK, and Swiss residents may have additional rights, including restriction, objection, portability, and a right to complain to a supervisory authority.
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.
The Services are intended for business users age 18 or older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without the verifiable parental consent required by COPPA. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising, including when we know a consumer is between 13 and 17 years old. A parent or lawful guardian may exercise applicable rights on a child's behalf.
We may update this Policy. A revised effective date will be posted on this page, and material changes will be communicated as required by law.
Privacy requests, appeals, and questions may be sent to [email protected].
